The same day printing service is for clients that need something printed ASAP. We created this service so that we can assist clients that need items printed within the same day. In a nutshell you have to send us the artwork you want printed via email to info@printingquote.co.za We then respond to the email confirming if this is something we can assist you within the same day. We do have limited space for this service. The sooner we get the email with the artwork, the sooner we can confirm if we can assist you.
If this is something we can assist you with, we will confirm via email details of how to get into the estate that we are in. Please do take note that items for the same day printing have to be confirmed and delivered at the latest 12 in order for us to complete your item/s by the end of the same day you delivered it. Unfortunately clients cannot wait at our premises for the item/s. We don’t print at the same premises as to where the items are delivered and no client is allowed on our printing premises due to security reasons.
The item/s will be ready for collection at the end of the same day that you delivered the item/s. For the same day printing we do not accept EFT payments. Cash only. Please take note items have to be paid in full before leaving our premises.
For the same day printing we have 3 options available. We can print apparel for example t-shirts, hoodies etc., mugs and stickers. Any other service or printing we have, will not be available for this service. Please scroll down to the service you wish to use to make sure that you qualify for this service. *Cash payment only. We don’t accept EFT payments for the same day printing.
*Send us your artwork to info@printingquote.co.za in order for us to confirm if we can assist you. Please take note all items have to be at our premises at the latest at 12 in order to get it back the same day. If you bring the items only after 12, it will only be completed at the end of the next working day.
*We send an artwork approval document to all clients before we print anything. The purpose of this document is to show you a digital sample of what your finished product will look like. In this document, you will be able to see what will be printed, on what it will be printed (for example: t-shirts, mug, stickers etc.), the colour of what it will be printed on, the size of the printing and the quantity. Its very important that you read through the entire document before approving the document. Once the document is approved, no other changes can be made to this document and the artwork will be printed as is regardless of if there is an error on the artwork or not. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that what is on this document is correct. The artwork approval document is normally send to you about an hour after you delivered the item/s to our premises. If you don’t respond within a timely matter to the artwork approval document then this will have an effect on the completion time. Please make sure you have access to your emails to check for the artwork approval document and to respond to it within a timely matter. The artwork approval document is send via email only. We do not send this document via whatsapp or any other platform other than email.
*T-shirts will have to be supplied by the client. We don’t keep t-shirts in stock. T-shirts are ordered on request and can take anywhere from 2-3 days to reach our premises, sometimes more. Please take note: We don’t print onto any lycra, spandex, satin or lace fabrics as they tend to burn under our press. When you supply your own shirts to print onto, please take note we don’t take responsibility if the product gets damaged in any way via the printing process. All the items we supply are tested and made specially for the purpose of printing onto it. Since clients have to supply their own items to print onto for the same day printing, we can’t take responsibility if your items can’t withstand the printing and heat process.
*This service will only be available for t-shirts under the quantity of 15. No more than 15 t-shirts will be allowed.
*Heat transfer is the only printing method available for this service.
*This service is while stock lasts – which means if we don’t have your color vinyl in stock, we can offer you another color vinyl or we can order the color vinyl you are looking for. If we have to order the vinyl you are looking for, the item/s will not be ready for collection the same day.
*Make sure your artwork is in a ready to print format. For this service we have limited time to complete the order and our graphic designers do get very busy and cannot always assist with the redesign of artwork for the same day printing service due to the time constraint.

*Total of the stickers/labels you want to print cannot exceed 5m. If your stickers/labels are more than 5m in total, you will not qualify for this service.
*If we don’t have the sticker/label you need for example an opaque matte, gloss clear etc. we will not be able to assist you with the same day printing service.

*Sublimation is the printing process used for mugs.
*No more than 10 mugs will be accepted.
*This service is while stock lasts. Which means if we don’t have mugs in stock, we won’t be able to help you with the same day printing for mugs.
*We don’t accept mugs that the client supplies. The mugs we supply are specially coated for sublimation printing. We cannot print onto mugs bought at a store as the mugs will not be treated for the sublimation print to stick to the mug.
